Short drive away from sonnenland. Good setting.

You will definitely be satisfied if you try dorotea pool bar, situated right by the apartment. Building was neat.

Our room was only cleaned once in the week. We did not get clean towels at all until I asked for them on the last day. This was my 2nd time staying and only because its close to the Yumbo centre and cheap. We will not be staying again. Staff at the desk not friendly at all.

Excellent swimming pool

The Appartments are way outdated, need to be brought up to date. No oven or toaster in my room. The safe broke down twice.

We had read a few negatives before arriving, but were pleasantly surprised we stayed in self catering side ...our room was cleaned every day but the sheets not changed? We were only there for 5 days so maybe it was once a week.. Towels were!.. The location is very central and easy to walk everywhere... We were very pleased with our stay and would go back again. We only paid £172.. for 5 days so how can I complain

Good location, close to the beach and shopping centers, large pool

Room cleaning was very weak; cleaner came in 10-00 (not every day) when we slept asked her to come later, but she did not call; the floor in the room and the bathroom was constantly wet and dirty

Value for money was good and location was good:-)

Poor bedding, unhelpful and rude staff (one night receptionist in particular), poor room , the bed smelt of sweat and a lack of changing the laundry (towels and bedding).

front desk staff was rude, ignorants, and I wish to not see any of them ever in my life. It is shame cos I like the hotel very good location, ect.

i stayed at koka with my two daughters,aged 14 and 22,not the easiest of ages to deal with,as they do have their moments.i thought the staff at koka were extremely tolerant with them and made them feel at home and were totally obliging!thank you koka,well done!!!!

The pool in one of the best there and also the way the hotel in built you will have the sun from 9am till 7pm if you want,with a great pool-side bar

The reception and staff were very helpful, the reception area and the outside of hotel was very nice, and the pool area ,

The rooms let down the hotel, they are in need of up-dating, very poor.

There where loose boards and shaving foam in the roof of the bathroom. Neither where fixed while I was there. I was there for two weeks.
